What is ClassAct ClassAct provides a dynamic new approach to the cultivation of knowledge about western culture and etiquette. ClassAct provides the tools, confidence and practical tips to enhance interpersonal skills that attain an acceptable level in any social or business relationship. ClassAct is Hong Kong's only professional organisation that coaches manners and social interaction to people from all walks of life.
The people behind Christa has an impressive 20-year track record in the hospitality industry, having spent many years in food and beverage with some of the world's leading hotel groups. Her driving passion is global food and wine trends and she admits to enjoying "the finer things in life". "I am dedicated to sharing my rich experience and encouraging individuals to create their own personal vision of how they wish to be perceived, to elevate their self-esteem, gain confidence and most importantly, increase their "joie de vivre..."
Jennie has vast experience in training having worked with one of Hong Kong's leading training organizations, giving advice to young people who would like to make a difference in their life. Jennie has lived in Hong Kong all her life, worked in international firms, and is married to a British gentleman - qualities that equip her with a thorough understanding of the Western culture. With her love of food and wine, travel and training, she now organizes courses and programs on table manners and etiquette for specific groups of people.
